Give every booking an album, without becoming a software company

Venues, wedding planners and photographers all get asked the same question after an event: can we have everyone's photos? Being able to say yes is worth more than it costs, and it is not a thing you should have to build.

How it works for a business

  • One album per booking

Each event gets its own private album, its own code and its own card. Nothing is shared between two clients, ever.

  • Cards you can put out yourself

We send a printable card per event. Put them on the tables as part of your setup, alongside the menus and the seating plan.

  • It does not compete with your photographer

A photographer covers the ceremony and the portraits. This covers the four hours they are not in the room, and hands the couple both.

  • You are not holding the photos

The album belongs to the couple and closes on its own date. You are not the long-term custodian of someone else's wedding photographs, which is the part most venues would rather avoid.

Setting it up for a season

  1. 1

Tell us how many events you run

A venue with two weddings a weekend has different needs from a planner with one a month. We size it around the calendar rather than a per-seat licence.

  2. 2

We set each album up as you book

Send us the date and the couple's name and the album, the links and the card come back. There is nothing for you to install and nothing for your staff to learn.

  3. 3

    Hand the couple their links

They get the guest link and the owner link. From there it is theirs — you are not support for it, and we deal directly with them if they need anything.

Questions from venues and planners

Can we put our own name on it?

The printable card can carry your venue's name alongside the couple's. Full white-label — your branding on the album itself — is not built yet; tell us if that is what would make this work for you.

Do we need to train our staff?

No. Staff put a card on each table. Everything else happens between the guests, the couple and us.

What happens if a couple has a problem on the night?

They contact us, not you. Being the support desk for a tool you did not build is the reason venues avoid this kind of thing, and it is not the arrangement.

How are we billed?

Per event, the same as anyone else, until there is enough volume to be worth a standing arrangement. There is no card checkout in Armenia yet, so it is settled directly — talk to us about how you would prefer to handle it.

Tell us about your venue

Send us roughly how many events you run in a season and we will work out what fits.
