Terms of use
Last reviewed 26 August 2026
Plain terms for a small product. Where something is genuinely uncertain — payment, for instance, which does not exist yet — this says so rather than inventing a clause.
What we provide
A private, time-limited album that guests at your event can add photographs to, reached by a link and a QR code, plus the tools to view, moderate and download the result.
Who owns the photographs
The people who took them. We claim no licence over your guests' photographs beyond what is needed to store them and show them to the album's participants. We do not use them for marketing, we do not train anything on them, and we do not license them to anyone.
What you are responsible for
Telling your guests that photographs they add will be visible to everyone with the album link, and dealing with requests from them to remove something. You have the tools to do that; we cannot judge whether a given photograph belongs in your album.
- Keeping your owner link private — anyone holding it has your controls
- Not using an album for anything unlawful
- Not attempting to reach albums that are not yours
Payment
There is no card checkout. You place an order, we reply, and the arrangement is settled directly. Until an event has been paid for and set up by us, nothing has been agreed.
Availability
This is a small product run by a small team. We do not offer an uptime guarantee. Uploads are queued on the guest's own device and retried, which is the main protection against a bad moment during an event.
Ending an album
Albums end on their date. We may close one earlier if it is being used unlawfully or if it is placing a disproportionate load on the service, and we will tell you why.
