Your attendees are your photography team
A conference generates thousands of photos across rooms your photographer was not in. Collecting them usually means an email after the event that most people ignore. A code on the badge and the signage collects them while the event is still happening.
How organisers run it
- 1
Put the code where attendees already look
On the badge, the lanyard card, the session signage, the closing slide. Anywhere someone is standing still with a phone in their hand.
- 2
Watch it fill during the event
The album updates live, so you can see what is being captured while there is still time to ask for more of it.
- 3
Take the archive for next year's marketing
Download everything at full resolution. Real attendee photographs beat stock photography in every piece of collateral you make afterwards.
What matters at this scale
You can moderate it
The organiser can hide any photo, and attendees can flag one. A public-facing event needs a way to take something down quickly, not a support ticket.
No barrier for attendees
No app, no signup, no corporate device restrictions to fight. Someone who has thirty seconds between sessions will not install anything, but they will scan a code.
Conference wi-fi is not a problem
Venue networks buckle exactly when everyone is on them. Uploads queue on the device and complete later, so a saturated network delays photos rather than losing them.
One archive for the whole event
Everything comes down as a single file with the original resolution intact, ready to hand to whoever writes the recap.
Organiser questions
Can we control what appears?
You can hide any photo from the owner view and it leaves the album straight away. Attendees can also flag a photo to bring it to your attention.
How many photos can one event take?
It depends on the package — the limit is a number of uploads, which is the unit you can actually estimate from a headcount. Tell us the size of the event and we will tell you what fits.
Do we own the photos?
The photos belong to the people who took them and to you as the organiser to the extent your attendee terms say so. We store them for you and hand them back; we do not license or resell anything.
Talk to us about your event
Tell us the dates and rough attendance and we will size it properly.
