Short, because the arrangement is simple and settled directly rather than through a payment processor.
Before your event
Cancel any time before the event date and we refund in full. Plans change, and holding money for a wedding that is not happening is not a business we want to be in.
If something went wrong on the night
If the service failed in a way that cost you photographs, tell us what happened and we will refund it. We would rather refund an event than argue about whether a venue's network or our software was at fault.
After a successful event
Once an album has run and the archive has been downloaded, the service has been delivered and we do not generally refund. If you think your case is different, ask — this is a short list of principles, not a wall.
How to ask
Contact us with the event name and date. There is no form and no ticket queue; you will get a person.
