What actually happens, start to finish
There are three moments that matter: before the event when the album is set up, during it when guests add photos, and after it when you take everything home. Here is all of it, with nothing skipped.
Before the event

Tell us the date and the size
Use the order form with your event date and a rough headcount. We size the album from the headcount — the packages are measured in uploads, because that is the only unit you can estimate from a guest list.

We set the album up and send you three links
A guest link, an owner link and a printable card. The guest link is the one your guests use. The owner link is yours alone and lets you moderate and download. Keep the owner link private — anyone holding it has your controls.

Print the card
The card is A5 and prints at any copy shop. One per table is the usual arrangement; a few extra by the bar and the entrance costs nothing and catches the people who never sit down.
During the event

A guest scans the code
Their camera app opens the album. There is nothing to install and no account to create — the first screen asks for a first name so you can tell later who sent what, and that is the entire sign-up.

They pick photos and walk away
Photos are queued on their phone and uploaded in the background. If the hall has no signal the queue waits and finishes later, even after the phone has been locked and put in a pocket. This is the case the product was built around.

Photos appear in the album, and on the wall
Everyone with the link sees the album fill up live. If you have put the photo wall on a screen in the room, each new photo appears there within seconds.
After the event

Late uploads keep landing
People add photos on the way home and for days afterwards. The album stays open for the whole window your package covers, so there is no rush on the night.

Hide anything you would rather not keep
From your owner link you can hide any photo, and it leaves the album immediately. Guests can flag a photo to bring it to your attention rather than removing it themselves.

Download the archive
Everything comes down as one file at the resolution it was uploaded, as many times as you like while the album is open. Do this before the end date — we will remind you, but the archive is the thing you actually keep.
The questions this raises
What is the difference between the guest link and the owner link?
The guest link opens the album and lets someone add and view photos. The owner link additionally lets you hide photos and download the archive. Share the first freely; treat the second like a password.
What happens when the album closes?
Guests can no longer add or view photos. Download the archive before that date — that file is yours permanently and does not depend on us.
Can I change the album after it is set up?
Yes. Tell us and we will adjust the name, the date or the size. Extending the window or raising the upload limit is a package change rather than a setting.
